Knit.wear Fall/Winter 2016 features two stories for the modern knitter, the Street Style story is full of urban, hip women's garments and accessories. While Iki is a Japanese aesthetic inspired story where simplicity is key with clean lines and minimal but impactful details that are feminine but austere. The feature article is a lesson from Takeko Ueki, owner of Habu Textiles, on "how-to read a Japanese knitting pattern." Also included is an in-depth tutorial from Sarah Solomon who has "unvented" her own technique for the perfect, buttonband. Star Designers include: Melanie Berg, Bristol Ivy, and Bonnie Sennot.
