Fidaz Hat by Caitlin Hunter
The Fidaz Hat was inspired by the forests of Switzerland, the lovely conifer branches overhead and the pine cones which dot the forest floors. The name Fidaz (pronounced "fee-datz") comes from a tiny mountain village in the canton of Graubunden where the designer, Caitlin Hunter of Boyland Knitworks, lived as an exchange student in high school. A very beautiful town with more cows than people, Fidaz is a peaceful and inspiring place to visit - just as we hope this pattern inspires you!
