I love Madelinetosh Pashmina. Unreservedly, unashamedly and unquestionably. It’s soft, the Tosh colors (always wonderful, of course) are especially magnificent in that base, and the yardage per skein is terrific.
Usually, after completing a project in a particular yarn, I’m ready to try something new. Even if I love the yarn, I’m eager for a change after running a few hundred yards of it through my fingers. But I just finished the Vitamin D cardigan in Pashmina, and I can’t wait to start something else with that type of yarn.
Lucky for me, lots of Pashmina just arrived here in the store this week. Actually, I’m not even sure why I’m telling you about it, since I’m planning to squirrel it all away for myself (working in a yarn shop truly is a little dangerous for my budget!).
I can’t wait to repeat the pattern with this yarn, in a different color. And there are so many to choose from! More than twenty colors arrived, including some of the newest – like Grey Garden and Whiskers! And of course we unpacked some favorites too – like Tart, or Antler, and even our custom color, Happiness!
This is my excited face. Because I’m planning all sorts of new projects with this lovely lovely yarn. So if you want some, you’ll need to hurry. Otherwise, I just might beat you to it.
